AV Law has advised Cüimo, a startup from Madrid which manages a marketplace of motorbikes (www.cuimo.com) in a 900,000€ financing round.
In this financing round, led by Encomenda, well-known business angels such as Carlos Rivera (founder of Clicars), Hugo Arévalo (co-founder of ThePower Business Scholl) and several individual investors from Seed Rocket led by Nacho Rodés, CEO of Rocket Digital, join the cap table. Additionally, ENISA has granted the company a participating loan.
Since the closing of the financing round the law firm also acts as secretary to the board of directors of the company, advising it regularly.
